G.A. Pfretzschner 3/4 Viola

Description

Well made 3/4 viola from the 50's or 60's by a well regarded German shop. Some violinists like to use 3/4 violas for harmonizing because the scale length is quite close to that of a 4/4.   This viola is in near perfect condition, and it has a remarkable voice for it's size. Length of back is 360mm (14 3/16") and string sounding length is 324mm (12 3/4"). Includes a good sturdy shaped case.
